Our clients wanted to convert their open deck at their Nashville home into a fully enclosed screened porch that could be enjoyed in all seasons. They envisioned a warm, inviting space with year-round comfort, perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
What We Did:
We transformed the existing deck into a versatile screened porch, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. We installed a built-in fireplace as a focal point, along with a heating system that makes the space comfortable and warm even in colder months. A mounted flat-screen TV was added, making this the perfect spot for game days, gatherings with friends, or movie nights.
As an additional aesthetic touch, we incorporated exposed ceiling beams, adding architectural character and a rustic yet refined charm. The final result is a customized, timeless space that blends functionality, entertainment, and top-notch craftsmanship.
