Jesse brings a diverse background in design, architecture, and construction to The Dan Company. Starting his career in graphic design and AutoCAD, he transitioned into community home design before joining Milton Pate Architects, where he contributed to major projects like the Ritz-Carlton Tampa and the Hard Rock Resort in Panama. In 2012, he co-founded a successful construction company, building a strong reputation before relocating to Nashville in 2024. For Jesse, construction is about more than just building—it’s about people. He values the relationships built through the process and takes pride in his ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and keep projects on track. Outside of work, he plays guitar and piano, has studied martial arts for over 30 years—including 20 in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—and never passes up a chance to go fishing.
